M 93

Messier 93 (also catalogued as NGC 2447) is an open cluster in the constellation Puppis.The distance to M93 is about 3,600 light years and its span in the space is some 10 to 12 light years. Its age is estimated at about 100 million years. This image was taken remotely from the remote controlled IRIDA Observatory .
